Remote support connection
1) Please click this link "Remote support download" to download the support file.
2) Click "Run" or "Save" and then Double Click the downloaded file to Install the remote support program.

3) Click "Run" or "Allow" if asked by Windows to start the remote access program.

4) Give the technician the 9 digits ID from "You ID" and "Password".
This password will change after the program exit and technician will not know the new password.

5) Explain the computer problem you have to the technician.
